Que demander de plus?

Not only do we expect from theapplicant that he demonstrates high level of technical skills (cf. IT skillslist) but a proven experience in leading multiple teams of developers at thetechnical level: task definition and distribution, technical design &mentoring, code reviews.

The applicant needs also to demonstrate a relevant experience in the VSBsector (3 years min) and a deep knowledge of the multiple ongoing transfers forthe revalidation centers (government-regulated or within hospitals), psychiatriccare homes, retirement homes, mobility aids and sheltered housing.

Thisfollowing skills are also required:

–      Able to function in anindependent way, but in line with team objectives

–      Self-starter

–      Excellent communicator:Ability to simplify at a conceptual level without ignoring the underlyingtechnical complexity, to communicate in a clear and informative manner at alllevels.

–      Excellent verbal andwritten communication skills in Dutch. Good in English/French

–      Drive for results: Makesthings happen, is proactive, balances "analysis" with"doing", sets high standards for self and demonstrates a ‘Can-Do’/’Will-Do’ attitude

–      Client-focused: Understandsthe business and IT side of requirements and problems and responds effectivelyto them.

–      Team player: Promotescollaboration and facilitates teamwork across the organization, gains supportand commitment, resolves differences by determining needs and forging solutionsthat benefit all parties.
