D’Ieteren Automotive is the official distributor of the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Porsche brands, as well as spare parts and accessories. D’Ieteren Automotive has approximately 1.2 million vehicles of the VW Group brands on the road, which represents a market share of almost 24%. D’Ieteren Automotive manages a strong network of independent dealerships throughout the country and directly operates dealerships on the Brussels-Malines-Antwerp axis. To complete its offer, the company sells used vehicles (My Way and Audi Approved+) and provides maintenance, financing and leasing services through VDFin, a joint subsidiary with Volkswagen Financial Services. The company’s mission is to create seamless and sustainable mobility for all.

Purpose of the position:

You contribute to the growth and future of D’Ieteren by hiring the right person for the right job. You are a real talent seeker and match maker!  

Responsibilities:

  • manage the whole recruitment cycle
  • search for the right skills, the good personality and the best cultural fit
  • proactively maintain an open line of communication with the hiring managers
  • perform in depth intakes to understand the needs of the business 
  • source candidates and screen CV’s (internal as well as external)
  • assist and advice the business in taking the right decision
  • reporting is part of the job
  • manage other recruitment projects
  • ensure great candidate experience during the whole cycle

Additional information:

  • On site team meetings on Mondays.  One week Erps-Kwerps, the other week at Ixelles
  • Assigment 6 months with possible extension another 6 months
  • Full time or part time (4/5) possible
