As the Training Manager at D’Ieteren you will be responsible for assessing the needs of a custom training offer for C-level executives, a total of 120 FTE. You will design, plan, and facilitate the custom training offer at the launch.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective
  • Consult with senior stakeholders to determine strategic goals for the training offer
  • Use strategic planning to develop a training offer that meets the needs of the organization
  • Incorporate new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization
  • Identify problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve
  • Introduce an evaluation of the effectiveness of the training offer
  • Ensure that training milestones and goals are met while adhering to the approved training budget
  • Consult on contracting the right vendors to continue the delivery of the training offer after the initial launch at the start of 2023.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong graphic design ability
  • Track record in developing and executing successful training programs for C-level executives
  • Ability to inspire and engage C-level executives
  • Comfortable with a high-visibility role in the company
  • Comfortable with strategic and operational delivery
  • Familiar with soft HR programs
  • Experience with stakeholder management
  • Have a thorough understanding of training processes
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry trends would be an asset
  • Native or bilingual proficiency in French and Dutch, English is an asset
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education and Experience:

  • A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
  • At least 5 to 10 years of experience, including design & delivery of executive leadership training programs

Timing:

  • Start as soon as possible for an initial period of 4 months, with a possible prolongation according to needs
  • Available full-time, 4-days negotiable
  • Hybrid working possible, willing to travel between the two main sites (Brussels and Kortenberg)
