Description

Main tasks:

  • Coordinate the rollout of new solution and organisational model with different business departments and project leads
  • Facilitate sessions on alignment of processes and procedures, organisation and roles
  • Manage external resources and vendors to support project schedules
  • Produce and maintain accurate project schedules
  • Manage complete project financial cycle
  • Track and report project finances
  • Prepare monthly progress reports
  • Evaluate labour cost and manpower requirements against budget constraints
  • Maintain document control systems
  • Coordinate with the technical Project Managers to align Go live planning and manage risks and dependencies with the new digital value chain

Requirements:

  • Team player with straight forward and hands-on mentality
  • Good communication and motivation skills
  • Cultural awareness and knowledge working across different teams, cultures and nationalities
  • Project and change management proven knowledge in an international environment
  • Fluent in English with good working knowledge of Dutch/French or Czech an asset
  • SAP 4i integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage
  • Certification in Prince 2, PMBok or other PM methodology is an advantage
  • Agile Methodology and project setup an advantage
  • Experience in the Insurance sector/Finance sector preferred
  • Master’s degree or equivalent, preferably in commerce, engineering, information technologies, or MBA an asset
  • 3-5 years of SAP implementation, managing Rolls-outs an advantage
  • Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies and industry standards
  • ~ 10-year experience, compensation matching experience and track record
