Description

as Incident coordinator you will be responsible for the daily follow up on newly raised tickets. You will help in distributing the tickets coming in ServiceNow towards the different agents and engineers.

You will have to provide technical support yourself to help the team. You act as SPOC for the different technical teams and you can translate the needs of the business into different projects. You know how to communicate to different groups of people and can easily communicate in Dutch, French and English.
