D’Ieteren Automotive offers a maintenance, wear & tear and repair service through its retail distribution network: weCare. In January 2021, weCare 2.0 was started to replace the existing weCare management tool with a best of breed set of platforms. This new weCare management suite also allows for an expansion of the product line, as well as client base.

The weCare 2.0 program team includes a Product Owner team, that aims at representing the business stakeholders. The Product Owners define and simplify business processes, and document business requirements so that they can be developed by the various IT teams. They also carry out system integration tests (together with the testing team) and help the operational teams manage the change in business operations.

Today the Product Owner team is looking for a business analyst / testing manager :


As a Business Analyst / Test Manager you : 

  • Start by understanding the detailed processes the new platform is supporting.
  • Are then able to support and guide the IT teams in delivering business value by optimizing the delivered solution.
  • Will also be responsible to define the test scenarios for new functionalities and forensuring that the tests are
    coordinated and executed by testers and product owners.
  • Ensure that the operational change is effective by creating training material and user guides, as well as communication and presentations.

Desired skills

  • +/- 5 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Experience in test execution, test coordination and management  
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Customer oriented
  • Able to work in autonomy
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and / of SAP implementation is a plus
  • Experience in optimizing administrative or contract management processes is a plus
  • Good level French (mandatory), Dutch & English (oral and written)

Location :

  • Kortenberg and Braine l’Alleud offices
  • Partial Homeworking possible (required on site presence at least 2 days/week)

Timing :

  • Start date : 3rd of january 2023
  • Assignment of 6 months with possible extension.
  • Interview process : 2 rounds (1st one with the Product owner, 2nd one with the Program Manager)
