A GENERAL LEDGER ACCOUNTANT (m/f) for VOLKSWAGEN D’IETEREN FINANCE in Leuven
Role:
Within our Accountancy & Collections department, you will be responsible, as a General Ledger Accounting Advisor, for the overall accounting management of Volkswagen D’Ieteren Finance and D’Ieteren Lease, taking into account the legal framework. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Monitoring, analyzing reconciling our general ledger accounts to deminige our back-log
Month-end closing
Helping with improvements and optimalisation
Helping with audit
Supporting the team.
In this role, you will interact with various internal departments and external partners (vehicle importers, insurers) to gather the necessary information for booking and analyzing data.
Profile:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in accounting with strong experience in AP/AR/GL;
You have an analytical mindset and demonstrate accuracy and precision
You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English;
You have a good knowledge of SAP and are proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.);
You are dynamic and enjoy working in a team.
