To expand our digital self-service platform Rosi (www.rosi.be), we are looking for a Business Owner.
Rosi is a self-service platform for cities and municipalities to get a digital view on their sewer system. The platform currently focusses on Aquafin’s services in terms of sewer inspection and renovation.
We want to develop the platform into a true digital self-service platform; including the disclosure of a project portfolio, the follow-up of ongoing projects, the projected impact of the projects, opportunities for re-use of water or energy from wastewater, suggested measures to avoid sewer overflows, …
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the roadmap along with the responsible business and service owners within the organisation. You will set priorities within a defined strategy, create business cases and ensure the required processes are brought in place to develop and support the new platform. For the actual development, you will work closely with the Product Owner who will coordinate development and implementation with a SCRUM team.
You are the point of contact for internal stakeholders (digital, water and environmental engineers, innovation and account managers) and external stakeholders (cities, municipalities & partners in sewer operation), you actively consult them, map needs and wishes in order to prioritise the roadmap. You work customer-oriented, ensuring support, sponsorship and adoption of the platform.
