1 ― ProUnity who?
ProUnity is an online platform that helps companies easily find and manage external talent. The system makes it easy for businesses to quickly find the right people, manage everything in one place, follow rules and agreements, and use innovative technology to select the best candidates. All of this ensures a more efficient and transparent hiring process.
ProUnity is designed for:
- Freelancers: Independent professionals seeking projects.
- Talent Providers: Companies offering specialised talent.
- Talent Seekers: Businesses and organisations seeking external talent for specific missions or long-term needs.
- For Clients: Access the best talent in real-time, ensuring compliance and cost control.
- For Freelancers: Find top projects with fair pricing, complete transparency, and fast payments.
- For Suppliers: Secure long-term contracts with leading enterprises through a trusted platform.
- Freelancers:
- Registration: Freelancers can sign up by filling in personal details.
- Job Search: After registration, they can browse and apply for missions.
- Mission Management: Accepted candidates manage their missions via the platform or the mobile app.
- Talent Providers (Suppliers):
- Onboarding: Talent providers submit their company details and contact information during registration.
- Access Opportunities: Upon approval, companies can explore and apply for assignments for their consultants.
- Talent Seekers (Clients):
- Initial Steps: Businesses provide contact details and outline their external talent needs.
- Follow-Up: The ProUnity sales team reviews the request and contacts the company to discuss potential collaborations

2 ― Freelancers
- A valid VAT number is required to register.
- One VAT number per freelancer is allowed.
- Freelancers must adhere to ProUnity’s terms and conditions.
- Go to the ProUnity registration page.
- Sign up using your email, LinkedIn, Apple, Facebook or Google account.
- Complete the first three onboarding steps to access the platform.
You can apply for different positions at the same time. It is really important to select the missions/projects you think your profile would be a great match.
Payments are based on validated timesheets submitted through the platform.
ProUnity also offers a fast payment option for freelancers needing quicker payouts. The payment period is described in the Framework Agreement and varies from client to client.

3 ― Talent Providers (suppliers)
By “companies”, we mean Customers and Suppliers. Bodyshoppers are not allowed to subscribe to the platform.
Defining exactly what you are searching for in the Category of Interest is important. ProUnity’s Business Intelligence tool will present you jobs matching your selection.
- Provide company details and contact information via the registration page.
- ProUnity reviews the information and may request additional documentation before approval.
Service providers can access individual projects, and team-based assignments based on predefined budgets.
Service providers can access:
- Individual missions for professional services
- Individual missions for interim workers
- Team missions based on rates & predefined budgets
- Real Statements of Work based on predefined budgets and deliverables – expected end of 2025
Service providers must sign client-specific Framework Agreements with ProUnity before engaging in any projects. Specific contracts for individual missions are created as Statements of Work (SoW).
Your single contracting party is ProUnity unless otherwise communicated. The Framework Agreement proposed by ProUnity is always client specific. The contract terms might change for each client. Therefore, you must complete the Framework Agreement acceptance process for every new client you would like to work with through ProUnity.
A Framework Agreement (FA) is a contract between a Supplier and a contracting party that establishes the main terms and conditions of collaboration and contracting between all parties concerned.
Before proposing a candidate for a job opportunity or a Request for Proposal, you must sign a Supplier Framework Agreement between the Supplier and the contracting party (ProUnity). A specific Statement of Work (SOW) for each started and extended individual or team mission will conclude this basic client collaboration agreement.
When consulting the VMS Platform, at the top of a Job Post or Request for Proposal page, you will be prompted with a warning message “Read & Accept.” This will lead to the signing process for the Framework Agreement. Below are the guidelines on the different steps to complete and accept the Framework Agreement.
Please note that only Admin users can sign a contract. Non-admin users are permitted to proceed through the steps without signing, as the acceptance button will be greyed out and accompanied by the message, “Only admin users will be able to sign the FA or SOW document.” If you are a non-admin user, please follow up by contacting the appropriate Admin user at your company. If necessary, you can view the list of Admin users’ email addresses by clicking the “?” icon next to the greyed-out acceptance button.
Good news! The client has decided to either initiate or continue your consultant’s mission. You now need to sign the Statement of Work.
- The Statement of Work (SOW) is a contract between a Supplier and a contracting party (ProUnity) that completes the contracts initially signed (the Framework Agreement, the ProUnity Terms of Use, and the ProUnity Privacy Policy). It outlines mission-specific information, such as the description, the duration, and the rate.
- !! Please note that only Admin users can sign a contract. The non-admin Users are allowed to go through the steps without signing it as the acceptance button will be greyed out and followed by a sentence “Only admin users will be able to sign the FA or SOW document”. If you are a non-admin User, please do the follow-up by contacting the appropriate Admin user of your company. If needed, you can see the list of the Admin users’ emails by clicking on the icon “?” next to the greyed-out acceptance button.
You will be notified via email to sign the SOW. Below are the steps to sign a SOW contract through the ProUnity platform.
- Login to the ProUnity platform – Go to your Supplier Dashboard – Select the list Actions to be taken – Validate & Sign contract
4 ― Talent Seekers (companies)
- Log into your ProUnity account.
- Create a detailed job description or project brief.
- Specify requirements such as skills, duration, and budget.

5 ― Contract Management
The Framework Agreement is a contract that outlines the key terms and conditions for collaboration between ProUnity, suppliers, and clients. It serves as the foundation for all subsequent assignments.
A SoW is a project-specific contract detailing the mission, deliverables, duration, and payment terms. It is drawn up in duplicate (mirror contract) and signed by ProUnity and the client (SoW Company) and by ProUnity and the Supplier (SoW Supplier).
- Admin users can sign contracts directly within the platform.
- Non-admin users can initiate the process and notify an admin for final approval.
6 ― Technical Support
Contact ProUnity support via the help section at the bottom left of the platform.
Yes, ProUnity provides personalised client onboarding sessions and tutorials to help users make the most of the platform’s features.
ProUnity releases weekly updates based on user feedback to ensure the platform remains innovative, efficient, and user-friendly.
7 ― Pricing and Plans
Our pricing model is tailored to your organisation’s needs, with transparent licensing fees and no hidden costs. Contact us for a customised quote.
There is no need for a free trial, as registration and access to the platform is free of charge.
8 ― Compliance and Data Security
ProUnity uses advanced encryption and secure cloud technology to safeguard all user data. Regular audits are conducted to maintain high-security standards. Amongst others, ProUnity obtained ISO 27001 certification in March 2025. Security is everyone’s business, and this mindset is acknowledged at ProUnity.

As soon as a SOW has been sent by the client, you will be notified via email. To sign it, you will have to go to the platform where you will find it in your supplier dashboard, in the list “Actions to be taken”.
2 ― Freelance
You can easily subscribe through the login in page. You can use your LinkedIn, Facebook or Gmail account. Enabling you to use the platform you should at least complete the first 3 steps.
ProUnity is built to unite freelancers and companies. As a freelancer, you need to have a VAT number to be able to subscribe to the platform. One VAT number covers one freelancer.
By “companies”, we mean Customers and Suppliers. Bodyshoppers are not allowed to subscribe on the platform.
