We’re looking for a SAS Expert who shall strengthen our Datawarehouse Team.
About the Department and the Role :
We’re looking for a SAS Expert who can dive into the DWH details and review the current setup of the DWH. The ideal candidate shall have the opportunity to participate in end-to-end projects in various domains. From business intelligence, data warehousing, data quality, data integration and big data to corporate performance management.
On the Candidate :
• Be self-motivated and a problem solver;
• Have a capacity to plan, analyse and structure information well;
• Proactively identify, own and solve hard technical challenges;
• Have a good verbal and written communication skills for presentations, demos and ongoing documentation.
PROFILE
Must Have
• Highly experienced in Data Warehousing, solution architecture and data model
• Very strong SAS knowledge
o 20+ years of SAS experience (if possible)
o SAS Base Certification Level 2 (Prog1-2-3 – Macro), SAS Stat
o At least one SAS Reporting tool: ODS / SAS Graph / Stored Process / SAS Internet…
• Experience with developing complex SQL queries and their optimization
(e.g. indexes)
• Experience with other databases, e.g. Oracle … and their access using SAS
Nice to have
• Experience in the healthcare sector, pharmaceutical sector or a clinical environment is a plus
