Job Title: HR Transformation Specialist (Temporary Assignment)
Location: Fully Remote + HQ visits (2–3 days/week)
Duration: Minimum 5 months (February – July 2026)
Rate: €600–€680/day (Time & Material)
About the Role
Securex Outsourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Transformation Specialist to lead a critical payroll migration project for one of our clients. The role involves transitioning payroll processes to Strada, a global payroll provider, while ensuring compliance with Belgian payroll and leave regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and support the migration of payroll processes to Strada.
- Ensure accurate implementation of Belgian payroll and leave rules.
- Act as a liaison between the client, Strada, and Securex.
- Manage:
- Payroll data transfer to Strada.
- Completion of required templates.
- Participation in workshops.
- Implementation support and legal compliance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in HR transformation projects and payroll migrations. Experience STRADA is strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll legislation
- Fluent in French and English.
- Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder environments.
Project Timeline
- Preparation phase: Early February 2026 (payroll questionnaire, wage tag catalog).
- Kick-off: March 2026.
- Go-live: June 2026, followed by shadow runs until July.
