Description
Credendo is seeking an independent Emergency Consultant to lead a rapid assessment to address material deficiencies in the FinOps practice impacting budget control, cloud cost governance, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess the current FinOps practice (processes, documentation, governance, accountability, dashboards).
- Identify and calculate missed opportunities and waste.
- Evaluate effectiveness, skillset and maturity of FinOps resources.
- Perform maturity assessment (based on a set of agreed FinOps capabilities).
- Recommend short-term and structural improvements.
- Provide updated Azure cost baseline and implementation roadmap.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven FinOps experience.
- Strong Azure cost management knowledge.
- Quantification and baseline experience.
- Stakeholder facilitation.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Independent and able to work within 20-day rapid engagement.
