The “Test Coordinator & Expert – Ticketing Domain” contributes to a collective effort of the IS Division to make qualitative IT tools available to its customers, matching their needs.
He/She is responsible for all fundamental test activities, from analysis & planning to execution and reporting, throughout the full Ticketing functional domain; requiring a strong knowledge and experience of several ticketing solutions & channels (AVM, EMV, Calypso, B2B, B2C, Validation, Inspection) and a high adaptability.
He/She takes on a coordinator role whenever needed, in order to have several testers collaborate efficiently, but also to coordinate deployments by Scrum teams to the test environments as well as defect management. He/She is the main backup of the Test Manager; requiring excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
He/She is the Contact Point with Belgium Mobility Company for interop testing.
He/She can operate in an agile setup with minimal supervision from the Test Manager; including collaboration with colleagues & leaders from other teams, as well as suppliers.
