Securex Outsourcing Solutions is urgently looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist / Compensation & Benefits Consultant to support the HR department of Securex.
Scope of the assignment
- Handling payroll and HR helpdesk questions (incl. ASR & ZIMA declarations)
- Payroll calculation and follow‑up using mainframe environments
- Administrative HR cases from onboarding to offboarding
- Processing thematic leaves, time credit and social security declarations
- Managing certificates, wage garnishments and vacation documents
- Coordinating daily payroll activities and monitoring deadlines
Tools used include Salesforce, Host on Demand (mainframe), Syntegro, Workday, XPOfleet and Columbus.
Required expertise
- Proven experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of payroll calculations and Belgian payroll legislation
- Experience with mainframe systems is a strong asset
- Highly accurate, administrative‑minded and autonomous
- Fluent in Dutch and French
