Description

Within the SAS migration program, you lead the coordination of projects end-to-end. You start by analyzing requirements and defining a structured roadmap for migrating SAS products. You then translate this roadmap into a detailed project plan, breaking it down into individual projects while clearly defining scope and deliverables for each one.

  • You assume full ownership of the projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budget, while respecting allocated resources and compliance requirements.
  • You oversee operational execution by organizing and assigning tasks across team members based on their skills and experience. You ensure all project activities are properly planned, taking into account available capacity, resources, and budget constraints.
  • You actively support, coach, and follow up with project team members to ensure their expertise is applied effectively and that they are enabled to perform at their best.
  • You gather, process, and refine all relevant project information and communicate it in a clear and structured way to stakeholders.
  • You serve as the primary liaison between ICT and the business (BUS), coordinating and tracking the delivery of ICT outputs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You continuously monitor project performance across scope, budget, resources, and planning. When deviations exceed agreed tolerances, you escalate issues to sponsors when appropriate.
  • You act as the main point of contact for the ICT department regarding the project.
  • You draw on your experience to support colleagues, acting as a reference point for project-related matters and providing expert guidance and responses to internal and external stakeholders.
  • You consolidate project knowledge and ensure it is properly documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders. You continuously maintain and enhance this knowledge in line with new developments and insights.
