As part of this transformation, we are looking for a strategic, people-oriented Head of Sales – B2B(2C) to shape and accelerate our commercial growth.

Your Role

As Head of Sales – B2B(2C), you lead the commercial organisation across our B2B mobility and energy portfolio and play a pivotal role in defining and executing the commercial strategy of the newly integrated business — driving revenue growth while building a high-performing, customer-centric sales team.

Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, you lead a multidisciplinary commercial team and work hand in hand with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer value. The role offers significant autonomy and influence, with the opportunity to build the future commercial organisation of one of Belgium’s most ambitious mobility and energy players.

Your Key Responsibilities

Commercial Strategy & Growth

  • Define and execute the commercial strategy across mobility, charging and energy solutions for the B2B(2C) segment.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability and market-share expansion.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments and growth levers.
  • Shape the future go-to-market model and contribute actively to the integration.

Sales Leadership

  • Lead, coach and inspire a team of 10+ commercial professionals.
  • Build a performance-driven culture rooted in accountability, collaboration and customer value.
  • Develop sales capabilities, talent pipelines and succession plans.
  • Foster cross-selling and collaboration across the broader portfolio.

Commercial Excellence

  • Establish best practices in sales forecasting, pipeline management and performance tracking.
  • Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, CRM use and data-driven decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitive developments.

Customer & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with strategic customers, partners and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for large enterprise clients.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Transformation & Integration

  • Support the commercial integration of D’Ieteren Energy and Mbrella.
  • Help shape the future commercial organisation, ways of working and culture.
  • Drive change initiatives that support scalability, efficiency and sustainable growth.

Your Profile

You are an inspiring commercial leader who blends strategic thinking with a hands-on, execution-focused approach. You are energised by helping organisations embrace the future of mobility. You bring:

  • 7+ years of successful B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a people-leadership role.
  • A proven track record of driving commercial growth, winning strategic accounts and consistently exceeding targets.
  • Experience in enterprise SaaS sales and subscription-based business models.
  • Strong knowledge of the mobility ecosystem — fleet management, leasing, mobility budgets, EV charging, energy solutions or adjacent sectors.
  • Proven ability to build, lead and develop high-performing commercial teams, with strong coaching, stakeholder management and change-leadership skills.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, business-development and negotiation skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and sales performance-management tools to drive data-informed decisions.
  • The agility to thrive in a fast-growing, transforming environment where collaboration and adaptability are essential.
  • A Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Fluency in Dutch and French, with a strong command of English.
