In 2022, ProUnity won the Smals tender for its external expert search and management, for the 3rd consecutive time. A growing community of public organizations registers on ProUnity’s platform to contract expert freelancers and suppliers’ talents.
The rules and conditions of the framework agreement apply equally to all participants. The well-defined rules and procedures guarantee fast and fair access to new opportunities and a fluent and efficient collaboration.

A trusted gateway connecting institutions and external talent
The four years agreement confirms ProUnity’s role as Smals’ unique partner to attract and manage subcontractors’ candidates in a fully transparent way. The contracting authority analyses and approves each request, to then launch the collaboration with the chosen expert(s).

ProUnity guarantees the dissemination of the requested experts with its VMS platform. It then proposes Smals a list of candidates and their cv’, selected based on the best quality/price ratio and the technical and functional requirements.
