Description

Context

Within the FPS Foreign Affairs, the ServiceNow platform is a central pillar for managing IT services and HR services through the HRSD (Human Resource Service Delivery) module. The Flow project enabled the implementation of digital HR services on the Employee Center portal. As the project phase is coming to an end, the key challenge is the transition to an operational mode, including knowledge transfer to the internal ServiceNow Competence Center and ensuring service continuity.

 

Mission

 

As a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant, you will support the transition of the HRSD application to operational mode, considering the already implemented service catalog:

  • Personal data management
  • Career
  • Working hours and absences
  • Well-being & support
  • Salary, allowances and expenses
  • Diplomatic mobility

Main responsibilities :

  • HR service stabilization and evolution
  • Transition to operational mode
  • Knowledge transfer
  • Documentation
  • Support and maintenance
  • Integration with other systems

Technical responsibilities :

  • Advanced ServiceNow HRSD configuration
  • Implementation of HR processes
  • Development (JavaScript)
  • Platform architecture and governance

Profile required :

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT
  • Experience: Strong expertise in ServiceNow and HRSD
  • Experience within a federal public service is an asset

Skills :

  • Architecture, development, integration

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
