  • Develop advanced dashboards and reporting solutions aligned with business KPIs
  • Implement data transformation, enrichment and quality controls
  • Configure alerting, monitoring and anomaly detection mechanisms
  • Integrate ELK stack with BI tools (Power BI, Grafana, Tableau, etc.)
  • Ensure data security and access control (encryption, secrets management)
  • Optimize performance, scalability and reliability of data platforms
  • Produce technical documentation and audit-compliant deliverables

 Requirements

 Technical expertise:

  • Deep expertise in ELK Stack:
    • Logstash (advanced pipeline design, scripting, parsing)
    • Elasticsearch (cluster architecture, indexing, aggregations, tuning)
    • Kibana (dashboards, visualization, alerting)
  • Strong experience in Business Intelligence and data reporting architectures
  • Advanced knowledge of Linux, Windows Server and Docker environments
  • Solid understanding of data security principles (encryption, access control, secrets management)
  • Scripting skills (Python, Ruby or Bash)
  • Experience with data modelling, analytics and pattern detection
  • Integration experience with external systems and APIs
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in:
    • Data engineering
    • Observability / monitoring systems
    • Business Intelligence platforms
  • Proven experience in building scalable, secure and high-availability data solutions
  • Experience in regulated or high-sensitivity environments is a strong asset

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • High level of precision and confidentiality
