Description
We are looking for a combined profile of a senior business/functional analyst. Preferably, we are seeking someone with application and/or database migration experience, who can support the product owner in prioritizing tasks depending on the size of the sub-project.
Specifically, this means:
- Detecting, analyzing, and documenting business needs and defining the scope of various projects.
- Leading and facilitating workshops with different stakeholders in both national languages to capture the needs.
- Translating these needs into ICT solutions.
- Proposing process and functionality improvements.
- Documenting requirements (AS IS and TO BE processes, business rules, business concepts, functional and technical requirements, etc.).
- Developing the requirements into functionalities and understandable documentation for IT experts.
- Collaborating with other team members to create application documentation.
- Creating a product backlog, developing product backlog items, and setting up the implementation trajectory.
- Analyzing and creating data models.
- Creating mockups.
- Developing test scenarios and acceptance criteria. Conducting thorough tests on the products before they are delivered to the business.
- Reporting to various stakeholders.
