We’re looking for a hands‑on professional with commercial flair, a structured mindset, and strong people skills.
🎯 Your role
As the right hand of the Business Manager, you support three key domains:
Sales & Business Development
• Lead generation and prospecting
• Preparing client meetings, presentations, files, and offers
• Coordinating RFPs and tender documentation
• CRM management and pipeline follow‑up
• Territory planning
Recruitment & Sourcing / Staffing
• Intake of new requests and drafting job profiles
• Active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and networks
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Building a talent pool and supporting staffing together with the Business Manager
Administrative & Back‑Office Support
• Contract and PO management, compliance checks, and archiving
• Preparing invoicing, processing corrections, and following up outstanding payments
• Reporting: revenue, margin, KPIs, forecast
• Document management, checklists, and process optimisation
🧩 Who are we looking for?
You have:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in recruitment and sales
• Experience in HR consultancy or staffing
• Solid understanding of administrative processes
• Strong command of Dutch & French
