Description

What we expect of you – main tasks

  • Workplace Software, devices and printing solutions: you distribute, install and maintain the end users hardware and software.
  • You handle service requests in general, access management requests and provide support to users experiencing software and hardware problems.
  • You capture and log correctly the technical issues or requests of our end-users.
  • You analyze tickets and other metrics to detect recurring incidents.
  • You are encouraged to suggest technical and technological changes to improve user experience and satisfaction and contributes to enhance team efficiency. You will learn and do so much more!

Your profile

  • At least 4 years of experience in an IT Service Desk environment with a good knowledge and a keen interest in IT tools.
  • You are fluent in both French and Dutch with a good understanding of IT-related English
  • Preferably a bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology, or equivalent level acquired through experience ;
  • Team player at ease with sharing knowledge and best practices with colleagues
  • You are customer oriented:
    • A good listener, able to effectively capture and document the client demands
    • Ability to translate technical matters into end-user language is key for an IT Care agent
    • Strong ability to manage customers and end-users is a must
  • Main processes, systems, used tools:
    • Windows Operating system
    • Office365 (exchange online)
    • Company Portal (Intune)
    • Active Directory
    • Cisco call manager (CUCCX) & Cisco contact center express (CUCM)
    • Omnitracker as ITSM tool (ticketing, knowledge base, Standard Solutions, asset management, contract management)
    • ITIL
    • Mobile devices, Tablets on IOS and android
    • Printers (Canon + uniflow)
    • Network (VLAN, Wifi, …)

Where are you going to work?

Brussels at Fednot premises, at least 4 days a week in the office. 

Timing

  • Start date: ASAP
  • End date: 31/10/2026 (6 months mission, extension possible)
  • Interview process: 2 rounds
    • 1st round of 1 hour with HR (via Teams) – Please note that only the presence of the candidate is accepted
    • 2nd round of 1 hour for a more technical interview with the N+1 (interview onsite) – Please note that only the presence of the candidate is accepted
