📌Securex Outsourcing Solutions hires:  HRIS Functional Consultant – People Management System (Exact Officient)

📍 Location: Namur region / Remote 

🕒 Start: ASAP 

📅 Duration: Phase 1 until end of 2025, with potential extensions through 2027

 

About the Client

Our client is a Walloon innovation cluster based in region Namur, bringing together companies, research institutions, and training centers to drive technological and industrial innovation. Their mission is to support collaborative projects that strengthen the competitiveness of Wallonia’s mechanical and advanced manufacturing sectors.

 

About the Assignment

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Functional Consultant to support our client in the analysis, configuration, and implementation of three HR modules within their existing Exact Officient environment:

1. Performance Management – goal setting, evaluation cycles, feedback

2. Learning Management – training requests, validation workflows, tracking

3. Competency Management – skill matrices, self-assessments, gap analysis

The modules must be fully integrated into the current HR system, with workflows, dashboards, user roles, and GDPR-compliant data handling.

 

Your Responsibilities

– Analyse business needs and translate them into functional specifications

– Advise on capabilities and best practices within Exact Officient

– Define a phased implementation roadmap (2025–2027)

– Configure and test the modules

– Support data migration and integrations (Odoo, payroll, LMS)

– Train and support key users

– Set up reporting and dashboards (Excel, optionally Power BI)

 

Your Profile

– Minimum 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation projects

– Strong knowledge of  Exact Officient or similar HR platforms

– Proven experience with performance cycles, training management, and competency frameworks

– Familiarity with GDPR and HR data security

– Experience with system integrations (API, CSV, payroll)

– Strong analytical and communication skills

– Languages: French (required), Dutch and/or English (a plus)

 

Nice to Have

– Experience with e-learning platforms or LMS integrations

– Background in change management or user training

– Experience in public or non-profit sector environments
