You ensure the customization and configuration of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.) to meet business needs and optimize workflows.

You will be responsible for addressing incidents related to Atlassian tools, ensuring timely resolution, and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

You develop and provide training for users on Atlassian tools and create thorough documentation for configurations, workflows, and solutions implemented.

You oversee the security of Atlassian platforms, including managing user permissions, ensuring data integrity, and adhering to organizational security policies and compliance standards.

You identify and implement performance improvements in Atlassian tools, ensuring systems are efficient, scalable, and reliable.

You work closely with the Corporate Risk team to ensure that Atlassian tools support risk management frameworks, providing necessary risk registers, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.

You ensure that the Atlassian environment complies with corporate risk policies and regulatory requirements, implementing controls to mitigate identified risks.

You have deep knowledge of KAIZEN methodologies and work with relevant teams to incorporate continuous improvement practices within the Atlassian toolset.
