D’Ieteren Automotive is the official distributor of the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Škoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti and Porsche brands, as well as spare parts and accessories. D’Ieteren Automotive has approximately 1.2 million vehicles of the VW Group brands on the road, which represents a market share of almost 24%. D’Ieteren Automotive manages a strong network of independent dealerships throughout the country and directly operates dealerships on the Brussels-Malines-Antwerp axis.

To complete its offer, the company sells used vehicles (My Way and Audi Approved+) and provides maintenance, financing and leasing services through VDFin, a joint subsidiary with Volkswagen Financial Services. The company’s mission is to create seamless and sustainable mobility for all.

 

Context :

In order to reinforce the team, we are searching for a candidate that will help the company to put the customer in the center of the decision.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience/Insight project manager you will:

  • Implement survey on new touchpoint along the customer journey for our different businesses. From taking the brief from the business to the implementation in our Voice of the customer tool (Medallia).
  • Stakeholders management: IT, business and external partners.
  • Report and monitor insight coming from the customer feedbacks collected and share the main insight relevant for each type of business (marketing, sales, after-sales,..)
  • Analyze of existing market studies to make relevant business recommendation.
  • Participate in project with the customer point of view in order to develop relevant solutions for him.

 

Required skills/Abilities:

  • Fluent in French or Dutch (with good understanding of the other language) + knowledge of English
  • Project management
  • Analysis of customer insight with a business perspective
  • Experience with Voice of the customer tools like Medallia, Qualtrics,… is a plus
  • Experience in project around the customer experience
  • Good communication skills with different levels in the company 
  • Good knowledge of data analysis (Excel or similar tool)

 

Education and experience:

  • Master level or equivalent through experience
  • Customer experience project: customer journey, customer insights, market research,…
  • Projects with multiple stakeholders

 

Locatie:

  • Kortenberg
  • 2 or 3 days homeworking (presence onsite on Tuesdays required)

 

Timing:

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Mission of +/-7 months
