Data Quality & Regulatory Reporting – Transparency Law Compliance

Goal of the mission:
|
Support Athora in its compliance with the Transparency Law by documenting pre-identified data, ensuring their alignment with regulatory requirements, and implementing quality monitoring tools across the relevant data perimeter.
|
Expected deliveries:
|
- Complete documentation of pre-identified data (business definitions, lineage, data dictionary)
- Formalized data quality rules and KPIs
- Power BI dashboards for continuous quality monitoring
- Automation prototypes for internal and external reporting processes
- Knowledge transfer materials and user support guides
|
Expected role & responsibilities during the mission:
|
- Work with Business Analysts to understand and document the identified data required for Transparency Law reporting
- Define data lineage and ensure traceability across systems
- Formalize and implement data quality rules aligned with regulatory and governance expectations
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for monitoring data quality
- Collaborate with Data Management, IT, Compliance, and Reporting teams to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing
- Contribute to internal enablement through documentation and training sessions

Description of The Expected Profile
Knowledge:
|
- Transparency Law and its impact on data and reporting requirements
- Solid understanding of the life insurance sector and its regulatory environment
- Data governance principles, especially data documentation and quality monitoring
|
Competencies:
|
- Data analysis and documentation (lineage, data dictionaries)
- Definition and implementation of data quality rules and KPIs
- Proficiency in SQL and Power BI. Python is a plus
- Clear communication and collaboration with business and technical teams
|

- Strong attention to detail and regulatory compliance
- Team-oriented with a proactive and analytical approach
