Description
Temporary Mission: Mobility Manager
We are looking for a consultant who can immediately step in as the driving force behind our mobility strategy. In this interim role—set for at least 3 months, with the possibility of extension and pending a permanent recruitment—you will act as the central point of contact for all mobility-related matters. Together with colleagues from HR, Finance, Facility, and various external partners, you will shape and implement smart and sustainable mobility solutions.
What will you do?
- Develop and optimize our mobility policy and mobility budget in collaboration with partners such as Mbrella, Joule, Lucien, Husk, and Poppy
- Perform financial analyses and create clear dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making
- Serve as the primary contact for employees with mobility questions, ensuring clear communication and up-to-date documentation (car policy, bike policy, charging infrastructure, etc.)
- Manage mobility-related projects, including relocation initiatives and real estate movements, and follow up on lease contracts and fleet lists
- Contribute to internal communication campaigns and maintain strong relationships with mobility suppliers
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and mobility-related regulations
Is this you?
We are seeking someone who brings enthusiasm, structure, and a genuine commitment to sustainable mobility. If you recognize yourself in the points below, we would love to meet you:
- Experience in mobility management, fleet management, or a similar role
- Knowledge of mobility legislation, TCO analysis, and fleet/fiscal policies
- A solid analytical mindset and comfort working with budgets, KPIs, and reporting tools
- Affinity with sustainability and interest in innovative mobility solutions across the D’Ieteren ecosystem (Joule, Mbrella, Lucien, Husk, Poppy…)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex mobility topics into clear information for employees
- Excellent organizational skills: you can work autonomously, structure your workload, manage your own priorities without close supervision, and quickly take matters into your own hands when needed.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build trust with stakeholders across different departments
- A proactive, pioneering attitude: you are curious, propose new ideas, and are eager to turn them into action
- A drive for continuous improvement and a belief in personal and organizational growth
