Responsibilities
The Customer Success Manager will play a crucial role in driving client satisfaction, account growth, and overall business success. This position requires a hands-on mentality with exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- “Customer Whisperer”: Act as a trusted advisor to our customers and help them make the most of our product.
- “Happiness Spreader”: Ensure our customers are delighted with their experience and consistently meeting their goals.
- “Problem Solver Extraordinaire”: Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise. Work closely with clients and internal teams to find effective solutions.
- “Pro active Communicator”: Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
- “Growth Guru”: Work closely with customers to identify opportunities for growth and help them expand their usage of our product.
- “Product Pro”: Stay up-to-date on our product offerings and effectively communicate those offerings to our customers.
- “Team Player”: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and improve overall customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Qualifications
- 👵 Experience: You have 0-2 years of experience as an Customer success manager.
- 💁 Communication skills: You know how to talk to people and have a way with words that makes customers feel heard and understood, both verbal and written
- 😍 Customer-centric: You live and breathe customer satisfaction and love making people happy.
- 🧑💼 Commercial: You have a natural ability to identify upsell opportunities and know how to pitch our products in a way that benefits both the customer and the company.
- 👷♂️ Hands-on: You love getting things done yourself. You get strong personal satisfaction from talking to customers, answering customer emails, resolve customer issues,…
- 🧐 Curious: You’re insanely curious and you’re constantly learning. You want to know everything about our customers, their problems and their existing solutions.
- 👩💻 Tech savvy: You know the ins and outs of the SaaS game and have a passion for customer success.
- 🧑💼 Work ethic: You have a strong professional pride in your work and ensure you always deliver, no matter what.
- 🌎 Fluent in Dutch (Must have) and English , (French is a plus)
