The IT department of Belgium’s FPS Home Affairs is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Expert responsible for the design, development, configuration, and continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with ITIL processes and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions
• Customize modules such as ITSM, CMDB and HRSD
• Analyze stakeholder needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop workflows, scripts, business rules, and UI policies
• Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, and SSO
• Ensure maintenance and optimization of the platform
• Contribute to governance and continuous improvement of ITIL processes
• Train and support internal users

Technical Skills

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
• JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Glide API
• Flow Designer, Service Portal, Reporting
• Integrations via REST/SOAP, LDAP, SSO

Methodological Skills

• Good knowledge of ITIL v3/v4 best practices

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation (preferred)
• ServiceNow certifications (System Administrator or Application Developer are an asset)
