JOB DESCRIPTION
Support for the Business Management team in their daily tasks:
- Conducting financial analyses
- Accounting close processes
- Store loyalty analysis
- Participation in team meetings
- Support for the Business Manager in the roll-out of the new DMS
The tasks involved in this role may, of course, evolve over time depending on the team’s needs.
SKILLS
- Venice (or similar accounting software)
- Excel (Pivot table, VLOOKUP, …)
- PowerPoint (for meeting presentations)
- Financial Analysis
- Financial KPI’s knowledge
- Financial report
- Monthly closing
- Office 365
- Change Management
- Customer oriented
MISCANCELLOUS
- Homeworking policy : min 3 days at the office, 2 days at home. Mandatory presence on Thusrday onsite
- Contract until end of the year with potential extension
