ProUnity recently welcomed yet another talented colleague. Roxana Radulescu has joined the team as a technical writer, and she’s already ‘diving in the deep end’ to fully explore the user journeys and multiple functionalities of the application.
We share the same enthusiasm and client-centred attitude
When Roxana stumbled upon the job post on LinkedIn, she took a quick detour to ProUnity’s website and was instantly charmed by the tone of voice and the company’s vision. “I quickly felt we share the same positive vibe, the same enthusiasm and client-centred attitude. So, I was convinced this would be a good place to continue my career.”
Fair forward together, I like that.
Roxana was particularly inspired by ProUnity’s approach to the job market: “ProUnity’s baseline ‘Fair forward together’ is inspiring. As a smart matchmaker, the team unites talented people with new job opportunities in a fair and highly efficient way. It’s great that everyone in this community of freelancers and suppliers has a fair chance to win work, and that the team helps important businesses to be more successful!”
The first contact with ProUnity was a breath of fresh air for Roxana. Shortly after she applied, Cristian Ciuperca from ProUnity called her up while she was at the playground with her little one. “He was so friendly and relaxed. I told him there would be some kids noise in the background, but he laughed and said it really didn’t matter. That friendly reply immediately ‘broke the ice’ and put me at ease. We quickly felt there was common ground to continue the discussion.”
At ProUnity, you can be yourself.
The meeting with ProUnity’s CEO David Muyldermans further solidified this positive vibe. “It didn’t even feel like a job interview; it was more like a chat with someone I already knew. He was also relaxed and very friendly, and we laughed a lot. It seems to be part of the attitude here: the team is open and ready to help. You feel at ease, and can say what you think; you can be yourself. I’m a happy person, and here I can smile and feel welcome.”
It’s great to help users get the most out of the platform.
Roxana’s first impressions of the ProUnity platform are glowing.
“It is very complete. It covers many functionalities but remains easy to use. Everything is well structured and clear, and I like the graphic design and colours. I was able to quickly create a company profile and a job post on my own, without having to consult documentation or ask for help. Of course, to truly manage all settings and get the most out of the platform, a fully detailed user guide is very valuable. That’s where I come in (big smile!).”
The new ProUnity colleague will focus on the user guide for the platform and mobile application. “It’s a big challenge because of the scope of the project. I have worked on user guides before, but my mission was limited within a fully defined framework. At ProUnity, I will also be involved in defining structures, standards, and design rules for the user guides. That’s exciting stuff!”
I feel welcome in Brussels.
In conclusion, Roxana is enthusiastic about being part of the ProUnity team and the project she will be working on. “When we decided to move to Brussels, I didn’t think it would be so easy to adapt, especially for me. I’m so happy the team here at ProUnity is so supportive. They gave me a lot of useful information, not only on the job but also on living here and finding my way around, and everyone made me feel welcome.”
