About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee a large-scale company integration project. This critical initiative involves the seamless consolidation of systems, processes, and teams across two or more entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a company integration project, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executives, department heads, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication, alignment, and commitment throughout the integration process.

Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively.

Change Management: Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions for systems, processes, and employees.

Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and key milestones.

Technical Oversight: Collaborate closely with technical teams to integrate IT systems and ensure operational continuity.

Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to stakeholders on project progress, achievements, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Senior Technical Project Manager or in a similar role, ideally managing large-scale integration projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies

Extensive experience with systems integration, IT infrastructure, and enterprise technology.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Knowledge of organizational change management principles and practices is a plus.

PMP or PRINCE2 certification (or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
Working Schedule:
Minimum 3 days per week in the office.
