Description

Job Title: Temporary Payroll Consultant

Location: (Kraainem) Brussels, Belgium

Start-up: immediately – min till end of 2023

 

Securex Outsourcing Solutions is currently seeking a  motivated and detail-orientedPayroll Consultant to join the HR team within our customer.

This is a full time temporary position based in Kraainem -Brussels, Belgium.

Responsibilities:

– Processing and managing the payroll for our employees (86)

– Calculating employee salaries, deductions, and timeregistration in coordination with relevant laws  and policies

– Ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees through the payroll system HRaccent

– Answering payroll-related inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

– Staying up-to-date with legislative changes regarding payroll processes and adjustments

– Assisting in other HR-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

– Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or related field

– Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably min 5 year

– Strong knowledge of Belgian labor laws and regulations

– Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

– Experience using payroll software HRaccent needed

– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

– Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism

– Dutch- French-speaking
