Description
IT Rollout Engineer
Within our project team and representing the User Relationship Management-team, we are looking for a dynamic roll-out engineer to prepare, facilitate and support the deployment of our new Dealer Management System (DMS) and its IT-ecosystem for our retailers.
You are co-responsible for the implementation strategy of this new DMS and its new modules so that clear objectives can be achieved. You are responsible for keeping our main deliverables up-to-date so that the team of roll-out engineers can collaborate in the most efficient way with the dealers so they can prepare the go-live of the new product.
For this you work together with stakeholders of other teams who have the knowledge and follow-up new releases of the product. New info, new procedures, … need to be identified and translated in the tools and deliverables that the team of roll-out engineers uses in its day-to-day business.
You work in close collaboration with the Implementation Success Manager to whom you report and its team of rollout engineers. You will also be a stakeholder in workshops with Knowledge, Adoption and other teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the migration & customization roadbooks, DNA-files & bible of procedures
- Translation the (new or adapted) roadbook actions into JIRA
- Point of contact for the roll-out engineers for the (updates on) procedures, deliverables and tools
- Work closely together with Knowledge/Adoption teams, the team of roll-out engineers and support the success implementation manager
- Analyzing actual processes, suggest and implement improvements
- Follow-up the implementation steps together with the team in JIRA
- Prepare and present status on your work in regular team meetings
Requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

- Pro-active in internal stakeholder management
- Dutch and/or French as mother tongue; fluent knowledge of English is required, oral and written
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of structured project management methodologies
- Has relevant automotive business and/or IT knowledge
- You are an experienced Excel-user, know how to work with the common MS-tools like Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams,… Nice to have: you know your way in JIRA
