Project purpose:
The goal of SAP4I implementation projects is to create a platform to improve the service and
mission of Credendo delivered to its customers by implementing the different SAP4I
products onto the common group insurance systems.
Mission of the job
As a member of the Credendo SAP4I SR Project Team, take up the role of Stream Lead in project. This will involve analysis of requirements and development of Stream Serve solution. The Stream Serve Analyst will work closely with Project Manager, Credendo Architect, other Stream Leads (FS-PM, FS-CD and FS-CM) as well as Business Analysts for each stream. There may also be interaction with business and other departments such as ICT, PMO.

Assignment:
From an FS-PM and FS-CD point of view, the following is necessary:
- Integration and setup of the translations service
- Key values
- Standard texts
- Common phrases
- (table-) headers
- Setting up the integration for automatic printing (if this is needed – still need to discuss with Business)
- Designing the documents according to the Corporate identity of Credendo
- Logos
- Header and footer of documents
- Addresses
- Supporting the glossary creation
- Continuation of and new development of identified areas (CRs and listed in requirements)
As the current project has been ongoing for a few years (but paused for one year, now restarted) there is also an assessment of open CRs, which requires Stream Serve know-how and input.
Stream Serve supports document driven business processes to produce the desired layouts and are designed for flexible integration with ERP systems.
Stream serve is set up as a printer device in the SAP spool system, which receives the data from the spool file generated by the SAP application. The data can be sent from SAP in different the spool file generated by the SAP application. The data can be sent from SAP in different formats but XML is the format used in Credendo by all insurance applications in the landscape. Stream serve produces the document format and then calls SAP system to do the archiving using the RFC connectors.
For both Claims, Policy management and Finance, the resource will be expected to perform the following tasks that and these include:
- Gathering requirements for Stream Serve/ Word functionality
- Delivery of all correspondence in all the language translations required
- Mapping the information and fields from the claim file to the appropriate sections in the correspondence
- Configuring rules and computations, delivery of tables in correspondences
- Delivery of free-text sections or documents
- Configuration of email functionality and the required testing by setting up a mail trap inbox
- Configuration of document archiving linked to Alfresco and look to solution for archiving in Sharepoint in the future
