D’Ieteren Automotive is the official distributor of the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Cupra, Škoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Rimac and Porsche brands, as well as spare parts and accessories. D’Ieteren Automotive has approximately 1.2 million vehicles of the VW Group brands on the road, which represents a market share of almost 24%. Description:

  • Providing IT support on business applications to our customers whether they are from the corporate or dealer environment.
  • The current functional team, which provides remote support, consists of 10 persons. This team is divided in sub teams per specific category (Sales, After-Sales,….).
  • As such we are looking for a person with basic knowledge of IT with prior Helpdesk experience.

 

Main tasks :

  • Support incidents related to in-house applications
  • Provide support on W10/11
  • Provide support on Office software (O365)
  • Handling & follow up of IT incidents and questions received via phone and/or our ticketingtool. Escalating to other teams and partners if needed.
  • Creating, reviewing and keeping documentation up to date, creating (draft) communications towards our customers.

Function requirements:

  • IT All rounder
  • Good technical background & analytical skills are required.
  • Knowledge of Windows 10.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Office 365).
  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch and French is required. Good knowledge of English is a plus.
  • The ability to find the cause of problems in a complex environment and quickly offer effective solutions or workarounds while escalating the issue with a clear description/analysis to the other teams/partners.
  • First experience in a similar position is a plus.

Working hours:

  • Mo – Fri : 08:00 – 18:00 (in shifts from e.g. 08h-17h, 09h-18h)
  • Saturday: 08-16h. The Saturday-shift is every 5/6 weeks.
  • When scheduled on Saturday, you can work from home + you are not scheduled on Friday.
