Description

In December 2022 the Strategic Committee for Intelligence and Security (SCIV) decided that FPS Foreign Affairs will need to comply to NIS II, the European directive to improve cybersecurity in the EU.

To assist in the delivery of the scope of the Cybersecurity Program, which delivers (part of) the NIS II requirements, a Project Manager Security is needed. The mission of this Project Manager will focus entirely on the Access Management projects, which are a key requirement to comply with the NIS II regulations.

Responsibilities and tasks:

·End-to-end project management
 o Create a Business Case in collaboration with the stakeholders
 o Define the project by means of clear and understandable deliverables, a project plan based on a critical path and implementation of the project governance
 o Communicate and raise awareness in relation to the project scope within the organization 
 o Day-to-day follow-up of the project and project team coordination
 o Supplier management
 o Deliver regular project status reports based on the risks & issues log, decision log, budget & planning constraints
 o Manage the project scope & delivery
 o Prepare and preside SteerCo meetings
 o Ensure proper project gatekeeping and closure, including handover to operations

·Assist in the management of the program portfolio (priorities, budget, resource planning, …)
