Objectives
- Drive awareness of requirements across Policy Management Unit and identify which processes are better candidate for automation through evaluation of real-time data and policy workflow.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development.
- Determine and develop user requirements for CDP and other systems in production, to ensure automation usability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (PM, Underwriting, Finance and others) to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with UCM, managerial, and executive teams.
- Evaluate, analyse, and communicate systems requirements, and maintain systems processes, including the delivery of monthly status reports to all appropriate parties.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Conduct daily systems analytics to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems.

Required skills and qualifications.
- Five or more years of experience in business analysis and systems development
- Proven analytical abilities.
- Business process awareness.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports (BPMN based).
- Excellent communication skills in English with an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent by experience) in information technology or computer science.
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications (Visio and others).
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing.
- Extensive experience with data visualization.
- High proficiency in technical writing.
Duration
A total of 80 working days is foreseen for this mission.
