Description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Integration Architect to orchestrate and configure the technical infrastructure for a new Cloud Integration framework. This project involves integrating two non-SAP applications with SAP MDG to establish a seamless data flow and operational synergy.

The key responsibilities for this role can be categorized as follows:

  1. Preparation of the integration framework
  •  
    • Define the scope of the integration framework.
    • Asses the current integration set-up in PI/PO and identify reusable components for Cloud Integration in this project.
    • Gather all the business and technical requirements essential to start the set-up.
    • Document the proposed architecture and present it to the Architecture Board.
  1. Configuration of the integration framework
  •  
    • Configure the technical aspects of the Cloud Integration framework in the Integration Suite.
    • Support the technical colleagues of both sides (MDG and non-SAP) in configuring the webservices and integration framework on their sides.
    • Support the different teams during the initial System Integration Tests of the configured solution and resolve any identified issues.
  1. Support/Hypercare
  •  
    • Resolve reported defects in the integration framework found during the User Acceptance Testing.
    • Offer hypercare support post go-live on an as-needed basis.

To fill in this role, we are looking for a candidate possessing the following qualifications:

  •  
    • Good understanding of integrations in SAP PI/PO.
    • Very deep understanding of SAP Cloud Integration.
    • Basic knowledge about SAP Master Data Governance
    • Solution Architect capabilities to design and define complex global processes setup in SAP Integration Suite.
    • Proven experience in similar projects with solutions in Cloud Integration.
    • Capable to independently coordinate the set-up of new interfaces in Cloud Integration by realigning with various teams and functions (Security, Networking, SAP Basis, Project teams,…)
    • Effective communication skills to align with the different project stakeholders.
