D’Ieteren Automotive is the official distributor of the Volkswagen, Audi, SEAT, Cupra, Škoda, Bentley, Lamborghini, Bugatti, Rimac and Porsche brands, as well as spare parts and accessories. D’Ieteren Automotive has approximately 1.2 million vehicles of the VW Group brands on the road, which represents a market share of almost 24%. Taxis Verts and Husk are sister companies, both active in the sector of paid transport. We are looking for a finance professional to support both companies in shaping the future of taxi services in Belgium.

The client urgently needs someone to replace someone who’s leaving.



In collaboration with CEO(s) and accountant you will be responsible for:

  • Creating budgets, forecasts and business plans by translating business ambitions into financial models based on realistic hypothesis
  • Consolidating the plans of the two entities
  • Preparing and following-up the monthly closing activities explaining positive or negative budget deviations and suggest corrective actions to meet the target
  • Preparing the monthly reporting to the Board
  • Driving the automation and improvement of internal processes and deliverables
  • Documenting financial processes and reports
  • Being the main contact person for everything finance related
  • Contributing to internal or external audits by providing all the necessary information and explanation 



  • The perfect candidate meets all of the below points.
  • You have 3 to 5 years relevant experience in finance, including:
    • knowledge of accounting (you speak debit and credit), 
    • financial reporting (you have a detailed understanding of deviations versus budget), and
    • controlling (you can surf on balance sheet, cash flow statement and income statement and you love to explain volume, price and mix effects)
  • You love building and reviewing a financial plan
  • You have a bias for efficiency and automation
  • You are self driven and you work autonomously
  • You have strong analytical skills and are process-minded
  • You believe financial reports should be robust, accurate and actionable
  • You are a fast-learning team players 
  • You can speak French or Dutch, and English
