Mission
In the frame of the implementation of SAP SucessFactors Learning LMS solution to replace an in-house developed system, the migration of all training content to the new LMS and the revamp of the global IBA training process, we are looking for a Project Manager to drive the business program management of the new solution and its implementation across the whole company.
Challenges we trust you with
• Lead the pre-inception of the project (collect requirements), prepare the business case, define its major time frames and the definition of its major deliverables to address and meet the desired goals and outcomes in agreement with the digital board process.
• Oversee the deployment of the new LMS, including the migration of module and course content, and user data from any former LMS/ DB if applicable
• Develop and implement a plan for the decommissioning, archiving and switch off of old LMS systems
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, governance groups and other stakeholders on the progress of the project and any challenges encountered
• Lead regular interactions with the executive sponsors to inform, alert, negotiate and maintain a continuing good relationship and shared vision for the project outcome.
• Develop and control the project budget, and manages expenditure within agreed spending plans with the support of the Controlling team.
• Ensure and balance the availability of the required skills and competencies across project teams.
• Lead the change management necessary for a successful project with the support of the process owners.
• Oversee the execution of the different activities in the projects, their progress compared with the plan and the production of agreed deliverables.
• Monitor and coordinates dependencies across the activities in the project and resolve conflicts.
• Direct or approve the establishment of a framework or guidelines for the use of contractors and professional service providers, and determines their use across the project.
• Align with best practices and solution design defined in the Digital Solutions department and liaise with the DS Project Manager
What we value
You have:
• 10 or more years of experience in IT business/industry
• Successfully implemented SuccessFactors Learning LMS, ideally in industrial environment or medical industry
• Proven experience in gathering user requirements, conducting needs assessments and translating them into actionable project goals and objectives
• Demonstrated success at leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder relationships
• Strong understanding of LMS platforms, their capabilities and integration with other systems
• Certification with at least one project/program management methodology, BPMN, PMI, PMBOK, PRINCE2 or Agile
• Excellent communication skills in English, French is an asset
