Who are we? 

As a division of Fednot, the service unit ICT develops state of the art solutions to help the notaries in their daily activities. 

We build solutions, platforms and e-portals, to help the notaries and their employees serve the citizen and to simplify interactions between notaries, their clients and public services. The automation and administrative simplification of the notaries’ workflow is key to succeeding in this endeavor. 
What makes us unique are the notaries’ profession and its legal context that make for constant and complex challenges we face every day. And aspects of data privacy, information integrity and security, make it even more challenging.

At least a Medior profile FR / NL / ENG, ideally with atleast 5 years
of experience in auditing or equivalent experience andat least a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business management is required.


Financial planning and analysis, forecast, budgeting & internal control (Focus IT business) and related administrative tasks (could be data input, Purchase order validation …) in compliance with the internal policies & processes.

Hard skills:

  1. Used to financial reporting (mainly for top management), financial data crunching
  2. Understanding of the financial records (previous knowledge of general ledger accounting is an asset): spot deviations versus the budget, isolate and analyze the cause
  3. IT knowledge/understanding – he/she will work as Finance partner between between Finance & IT
  4. Office tools – excel is a must
  5. Knowledge of Adfinity accounting software is a plus.

Soft skills:

  1. Team spirit;
  2. Ability to work independently;
  3. Paying attention to the bigger picture while demonstrating analytical skills + data accuracy;
  4. Able to work closely with all levels of the organization including top management or executive teams to share reports and analysis findings (good, clear, concise communication);
  5. Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines ;


  • Location: 1000 Brussels, 40% bureau + 60% homeworking
  • Languages: Full proficiency in English, French and Dutch
  • Start date: 04/03/2024 until 30/06/2024
