Description
Expected skills :
- Identify key integration points and provide an End 2 End process overview over different applications
- Can analyse interfacing needs in a SIPOC approach – making conversion tables between systems starting from an E2E
- Good knowledge of data flow modelling using BPMN
- Good communication skills – able to ask and discuss the appropriate questions with different teams business and technical
- Able to translate the business requirements into a Business Requirement document independently
- Able to effectively facilitate and run workshops
- Able to communicate easily to the IT Analysts, Project Manager and Delivery teams (internal and external)
- HR Business experience : knowledge about pay, recruitment, performance & learning
- Fluent in English and either French or Dutch with good knowledge of third language
- Knowledge of AFAS HR or other HRIS systems an advantage
