Description
Position
As part of the strengthening of the document development department, you will be responsible for composing and programming documents using the tools used within the company
(We use Eloquence and InDesign – knowledge of one of these products is a PLUS).
Your mission will be to:
– Understand the document analysis file and validate the solution implementation;
– Create and adapt the document creation logic while respecting programming standards;
– Create documents in Eloquence while respecting programming standards and the graphic charter;
– Keep the data dictionary up to date in the desktop publishing tool;
– Request variables from the IT department or the business;
– Create test environments, execute them, and monitor tests with users;
– Assist and monitor the production launch;
– Propose a design based on the graphic charter.
Profile
– You possess good computer logic and are familiar with one or more programming languages (e.g., JAVA, VB.Net);
– Ideally, you have significant experience in computer graphics and/or training in computer graphics;
– You have a good analytical mind and are particularly rigorous;
– You have some knowledge of XML computer language;
– You are a team player, solution-oriented, practical, and flexible;
– Customer-oriented, you have a sense of responsibility, good interpersonal skills, and excellent negotiation skills;
– You are fluent in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language.
