Talent Acquisition Specialist
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and recruiting highly skilled professionals for Athora Belgium, a Life Insurance company. Your expertise in sourcing and hiring for expert profiles, like actuaries, risk experts, will be crucial in supporting our company’s growth and maintaining our competitive edge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial sector.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for specialized roles such as actuaries, internal auditors, compliance and risk experts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to financial offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in talent acquisition within the financial sector.
- Excellent knowledge of French or Dutch and a good command of the other national language and can work in English.
- Strong understanding of specialized roles such as actuaries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms.
