De Nationale Loterij vierde in 2024 haar 90ste verjaardag en is meer dan ooit verbonden met de Belgen!
Met een omzet van 1.533 miljard euro tekent De Nationale Loterij een duurzame en verantwoorde groei op van gemiddeld 2,7% per jaar sinds 2014. Dit groeipercentage bewijst dat de Nationale Loterij kiest voor duurzame groei binnen een kansspelmarkt die nog steeds fors groeit. Ter herinnering: de Nationale Loterij maakt slechts 4% van de totale omzet van de kansspelsector uit.
En toch stond de Nationale Loterij nog nooit zó dicht bij de Belgen.Voor het eerst in de geschiedenis van de Nationale Loterij werden er in 2024 318,9 miljoen spelmomenten geregistreerd. Dat getuigt van het enthousiasme van de Belgen voor “hun” loterij.
Trouw aan haar DNA en haar missie, heeft de Nationale Loterij nooit zoveel goede doelen of initiatieven gesteund als in 2024. Die steun ging naar sociale, culturele en sportieve projecten in heel België. In totaal steunden we 1.884 projecten waarmee we onze essentiële rol in de samenleving bevestigen.
Ook in onze evoluerende digitale samenleving voelen de Belgen zich meer dan ooit verbonden met de Nationale Loterij. De app van de Nationale Loterij werd in totaal meer dan 2,46 miljoen keer gedownload.
De Nationale Loterij zet een verantwoorde en transparante spelomgeving steeds voorop. 99% van onze spelers bereikte het afgelopen jaar geen enkele van de opgelegde limieten (stortingslimiet, verlies, aantal spelen,…).
Dankzij haar spelers heeft de Nationale Loterij in 2024 al 345 miljoen euro naar de Belgische samenleving laten terugvloeien. Zoals elk jaar zal het totale bedrag van de steun die de Nationale Loterij aan goede doelen en andere initiatieven heeft geboden pas later dit jaar bekend zijn.

Assignment
The National Lottery searchs for an Medior AEM business practitioner improving & optmizing the current website built on the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technology. He or she will support and encounter the above objectives of the OPP project.
Based on the workshops organized with the business department (Marketing And Sales) & in alignment with the Adobe Solution Architect, he/she will be in charge of the following tasks:
- Part of the AEM team
- Being one of the bridges between Business and Technical team
- Translation the Business requirements into Adobe functionalities and components
- Guidance for the business requirements and Adobe best practices related to assets, components, pages, templates, site structure, SEO approach etc.
- Preparation of the stories for development & prepare the functional analysis
- Give demo when testing on the new functionalities have been prepared
- Leading workshops to switch unclarities into clear specifications
Deliverables: Documentation of the Adobe functionalities & components based on the Business Requirements & based on the Adobe best practices.
Profile
The applicant will have experience in similar job one during at least 4 years. He will also have :
- Certified Adobe Experience Manager
- Functional lead on at least 2 other major Adobe projects
- Advanced knowledge of AEM (including 6.4 and/or 6.5)
- Knowledge of Adobe Analytics
- Knowledge of Adobe Target & Adobe Campaign is a plus
- Experience in leading workshops & giving training on Adobe products such as AEM
- Experience with Devops & Waterfall project approaches
- Experience with wireframes, UX concepts, SEO concepts, able to link them to AEM concepts
- Strong communicative skills
- Good coaching skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience in discussing with web agencies/design agencies
- Experience in discussing with technical team
- Spoken languages : Dutch or French & professional proficient in English
- Writing skill in English
