The dream is alive

ProUnity has evolved from a start-up idea a decade ago into a scale-up and is now a full-grown and healthy company with 35 experts. The dream and energy driving the company’s founders ten years ago is still alive. Our world is in transition, with new challenges and opportunities coming at us fast, requiring energetic hands-on problem-solving. That’s why we continue to challenge HR matchmaking, help clients align fairly and smoothly with the external talent they need, and achieve sustainable growth together.
We foster our entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on solution-oriented strategy. But as a mature partner, we add a more structured approach to roles and responsibilities. The emphasis is now on fostering autonomy, inspiring the team, and a collaborative environment.
