This role is part of ProUnity, part of HeadFirst Group. You will work from our Brussels office, live in the region and work closely with our teams in Hoofddorp and London. Occasionally you will visit these locations for consultations.

At ProUnity, as a Product Manager (Medior) you will be given responsibility for a key part of our platform. You’ll work in a modern SaaS and marketplace ecosystem, turning insights from users, data and the market into product improvements that have immediate impact. You’ll do this within an experienced, cross-functional team working together on an international product vision.
Roles and responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for a product domain within our platform. You will provide direction, focus and visible value. Your work includes:
- Determine product vision, roadmap and priorities aligned with ProUnity’s strategic goals;
- Structure and execute product discovery and product delivery;
- Gather insights through user research, interviews, data analysis and experiments;
- Translate insights into validated product decisions and releases;
- Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, operations and support to realize solutions efficiently;
- Monitor product quality, release progress and measurable impact;

What you get from us
You will be employed by ProUnity BV under Belgian conditions. You will receive a full-time permanent contract with a competitive salary, vacation pay and a thirteenth month under PC200. In addition, we offer:
- A monthly net allowance of €150 for home work and expenses;
- Meal vouchers of 8 euros per day worked;
- A company car or a mobility budget with fuel card or charge card;
- A 5% pension contribution paid by the employer;

What we expect from you
We are looking for someone with three to five years of experience as a Product Manager in a cross-functional product team, preferably within SaaS, platforms, marketplaces or HRTech. In addition:
- Do you have experience with product discovery, user research, validation and experimentation;
- Can determine roadmaps and priorities based on impact and strategic goals;
- Can work with agile methods such as Scrum or Kanban;
- Make your decisions based on data, KPIs and user insights;
- Can collaborate with engineers, designers and commercial stakeholders;
- Can communicate clearly in an international environment;
- Proficient in Dutch or Flemish at a professional level and also speak English well; French is a plus;
- Live in Brussels or in the immediate area, allowing you to work in the office three days a week.
