What is MSP? (In human language)
MSP stands for Managed Service Provider.
In simple terms: We help large companies and organizations find, onboard, and work with freelancers and consultants when they need extra help or specific skills.
As an MSP Consultant, you are the main point of contact between:
- The client (the company that needs extra help or skills)
- Freelancers (self-employed experts) or suppliers (companies that provide consultants with a particular extra expertise)
- And our digital tools and systems
You don’t recruit yourself or conduct interviews. Instead, you facilitate the recruitment process and make sure everything around it is well organized.
A simple example
A client needs an IT consultant for a project:
- You help clarify what kind of profile they are looking for
- You coordinate the process of candidates coming from suppliers or freelancers
- You follow up the process until the consultant starts
- During the assignment, you make sure contracts, timesheets and extensions are handled correctly
Thanks to you, everyone knows what the next step is, responsibilities are clear, and the collaboration runs smoothly.
What will you do?
After your training, you’ll gradually learn how to:
- Follow up job posts from clients
- Publish job posts and screen incoming CVs
- Communicate with clients, suppliers and freelancers
- Manage contracts, timesheets and extensions
- Answer operational questions and solve issues
- Improve processes and ways of working
- Work closely with your MSP colleagues and the IT team

Who are we looking for?
We care more about mindset and motivation than about having the “perfect” CV.
You are:
- A recent graduate (Bachelor or Master) or 1 year experience
- Well-organised and structured
- Communicative and client-oriented
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Comfortable taking responsibility
You have:
- Interest in HR, recruitment, operations, or consultancy.
- Affinity for digital tools and systems
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English
