Job Description:

ProUnity is looking for a passionate Community Manager. He or she will be responsible for managing and expanding contacts with users of our Marketplace in both Belgium and Europe.

Are you the right candidate? Then a great challenge awaits you because our dynamic ecosystem already brings together more than 10,000 freelancers and over 2,000 service providers, as well as about 80 client companies. In addition to further developing this market, you are responsible for setting up campaigns, increasing participant satisfaction, and sharing insights on trends and needs.

As the direct point of contact, you are the eyes and ears of our organization on the platform. You always find the appropriate solution for the client, the freelancer, or the service provider and for ProUnity – everyone must benefit. You translate feedback and suggestions into concrete actions for users, both in proposing new features and in targeted communication.

You are part of the Marketing and Communication team but also work closely with your colleagues in IT (VMS) and client support (MSP).

Your responsibilities:

– Regular communication with freelancers and service providers.
– Continuous growth of the number of freelancers and service providers on the Marketplace.
– Positive interaction and communication with users of the Marketplace.
– Promotion of the benefits and correct use of the Marketplace.
– Campaigns and surveys (including the NPS study) among users of the Marketplace.
– Collection and analysis of campaign and survey results.
– Reporting and sharing insights with the MSP product team and the VMS client team.

Knowledge and skills required:

– Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communication.
